Delivery Information

Orders placed by 3PM will be delivered by our next-day service (mainland UK only). Offshore deliveries will take 2-3 days.

Delivery times quoted are subject to the availability of products ordered. This will be confirmed to you once your order has been processed.

A handling charge of £9.50 is paid on all orders under £100 in mainland UK. The handling charge for offshore customers (i.e. Western Highlands & Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man and Channel Isles) is £17.50.


Returns Policy

Business Clients

In the unlikely event of receiving a faulty, damaged or incorrect item, you must advise us within seven days of receipt and we will immediately issue a credit, or a replacement at our discretion. If this scenario has occurred please accept our sincere apologies.

If you are not satisfied with any of our products or they are not as you expected on receipt of delivery, you may return them in perfect resalable condition and complete packaging within seven days for a full credit excluding carriage.

At our discretion, no credit will be issued or a repacking charge will be levied against future credit should there be a failure to return goods in perfect resalable condition.

We regret that if branded or personalised goods have been ordered incorrectly, they cannot be refunded or credited, as we are not able to reuse these for other clients.

Please note that all product returns are returned at your own expense. In all cases it is your responsibility to pack them in order that they reach us in the same condition as you received them.

The Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013

This legislation offers you the following cancellation rights when you purchase goods online or by phone:

  • Your right to return products does not apply to goods made to your specification that have been clearly personalised or corporately branded.
  • If you wish to exercise your right of cancellation, you are obliged to retain possession of the goods and take reasonable care of them.
  • To exercise the right to cancel or return goods that you have ordered, you must inform us of your decision to cancel your contract by a clear statement, including details of your name, geographical address, relevant details of the order you wish to cancel and, where available, your phone number and email address.

  • If you decide to cancel, you should return the goods to us at your cost within 14 days of such a cancellation and we will reimburse you (by the same method used to pay for the original transaction) the amount in relation to goods to which cancellation rights apply. This will include the cost of our standard delivery service where applicable.
  • We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you. We will make the reimbursement no later than 14 days after the day we receive back from you any goods that we have supplied in relations to your cancellation.
